Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged, and no refunds will be issued, as these products are specially made for you. We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanation under circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. The company will ensure that any communication regarding cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Discounted items cannot be returned/ exchanged. However, products purchased at the MRP if found defective can be exchanged. If the product you receive is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@avacarajaipur.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will address your concern promptly. If we determine that the product is indeed damaged, you can return it to us, and we will replace it. Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice or handwork.Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original invoice.
